I have been a caterer and pastry chef for 26 years. I love making large cakes (for 25 people or more)
I have a brochure and leaflet on creating a cake, all the information about flavors, combinations and the multitude of possiblities.
Each cake is custom made, I have never made two cakes alike. That is the fun.
My cakes start at $6.75 per person and go up  from there.
